Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or a significant life transition? Perhaps you’re noticing recurring patterns in your relationships, struggling with self-criticism, or feeling disconnected from yourself despite your efforts to move forward. Genuine connection, recognition, and attunement are central to my approach to therapy. I believe meaningful change develops through a collaborative relationship in which you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected.
I’m Erica, a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), bringing over 20 years of experience in mental health treatment and wellness, including extensive clinical work in inpatient psychiatric care, intensive outpatient treatment, and psychotherapy. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. As a former athlete, I also work with athletes facing performance anxiety, perfectionism, and identity concerns. I welcome individuals seeking practical strategies for managing symptoms, as well as those interested in developing a deeper understanding of their emotional experiences, relationships, and sense of self. I provide online psychotherapy throughout California, including Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Orange County, and San Diego. My work integrates evidence-based treatment, relational attunement, and a whole-person perspective, with care tailored to your individual needs, circumstances, and goals.
I’m Kali, and I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California since 2007. I want to help you have the relationships you want with yourself and with others. I have an MA in Applied Behavioral Science, with a concentration in Systems Counseling. What this means for you, practically speaking, is that as I work with you, I am also thinking about all of the other people, family and friends, co-workers and acquaintances, who are a part of and influential in your life, and you in theirs. I’m also thinking about the relationship you have with yourself, and how all of the parts of you, past, present and future interplay with each other and the world around you. Which is a long-winded way of saying I want to help you have the relationship you want with yourself and with others. I want you to find happiness, joy and health. I'd like to help you identify and meet your goals, and I am a warm, supportive presence whether or not you have any idea as to what your goals might be.
My name is Lois and I specialize in helping clients work through struggles in their relationship with others and themselves. Many come to me to work on setting healthy boundaries, processing and identifying emotions and learning new skills to practice outside of sessions. I am so glad you are here and I look forward to connecting with you!
My work is grounded in behavioral therapy, and a firm belief that people can change. I prefer a flexible and collaborative approach that evolves as we work together. Though the foundation of my work is behavioral, I develop integrated treatment plans for each new client, drawing on other evidence-based modalities and new research.
Life can feel overwhelming when you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, or a major life transition. You may appear to have everything together while privately feeling emotionally exhausted, worried, stuck, or unsure about what comes next. I provide a supportive space where you can talk openly, better understand what you are experiencing, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of professional experience. My educational background includes the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and my experience includes behavioral health, medical social work, trauma-informed care, grief and loss, chronic health concerns, caregiver support, and major life transitions.
My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I help clients identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, build healthier boundaries, increase confidence, and make meaningful changes in daily life. I individualize treatment because therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
I provide online therapy to adults throughout California and Nevada, including professionals, caregivers, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship or family stress, work-related stress, health-related concerns, or significant life changes. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian faith-integrated therapy, incorporating faith, prayer, spiritual values, and biblical principles in a way that is comfortable and meaningful to you.
You do not have to be in crisis to begin therapy. Sometimes you simply know that something needs to change. Together, we can work toward healthier coping, stronger relationships, greater emotional well-being, and a renewed sense of direction and hope.
No matter where you are on your journey, HOPE Abounds.
Hello and welcome! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, and I want to acknowledge the courage it can take to reach out. My name is Cynthia, though I go by Cyndra, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who primarily works with individuals.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own unexpected life transition. In 2010, I experienced a traumatic brain injury (TBI) that dramatically changed the course of my life. During my recovery, I gained a deeper understanding of how challenging major life transitions can be and how important it is to have support while navigating uncertainty, loss, and change. I also became fascinated by how the brain works, how our experiences shape us, and our capacity to heal and adapt. That journey ultimately led me into the mental health field in 2012.
Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves.

As the owner of Twisted Oaks Family Therapy, I’ve also built a team of clinicians with diverse specialties so that clients can be matched with a therapist who best fits their individual needs. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable doing difficult work while knowing they do not have to navigate it alone.
I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology and have more than 20 years of experience in the helping profession, working with individuals and families facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, trauma-informed, and direct. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard and supported, but also a place where meaningful growth happens. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify patterns, build healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with particular focus on trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, addiction and recovery, communication difficulties, self-esteem, and rebuilding trust and connection. I am also a Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor IV (SUDCC-IV), which provides me with specialized experience in substance use, addiction, and recovery.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, our goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward greater understanding, healing, and meaningful change.
