Welcome! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood.
I am dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care and work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have extensive experience in community mental health, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and underserved communities.
Throughout my career, I have helped clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and psychotic disorders. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a focus on helping you build insight, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific challenge or looking to improve your overall well-being, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I specialize in helping teens and young people find their voice and find their path. I love what I do because I get to help people find belonging and community beyond themselves, while also freeing them from their mind's limitations.
As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience supporting adults and families, I provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care to individuals coping with life transitions, grief, and emotional challenges, helping them build resilience and find a path forward that eventually includes joy.
A large portion of my practice is also working with adults who have had experiences with IEP's and childhood labels find a rewarding path during adulthood and its many phases.
Growing up near a national park, I am consistently reminded of and influenced by the importance of nature on our physical, mental, and emotional health in my mental health practice. As an LMFT, I've worked with a variety of populations, most of whom experienced major trauma or complex trauma, and aid them in reconnecting to their sense of self and safety. I received my MS from California Lutheran University with a specialization in trauma and BA from CSU Chico. I have been licensed for 4 years and have provided therapy for the last 8 years including an associate and traineeship.
I am dedicated to helping teens struggling with trauma and self-harm behavior. My experience working with Orange Unified School District, running groups from grade 6-12 for students struggling with emotional and behavioral problems has given me unique insight into not only helping teens, but also working with the families, schools, and community to provide more effective treatment. I have partnered with Western Youth Services in helping at risk teens and low income families in helping adolescents to overcome academic barriers and families cope with serious defiance and drug use.
Understand, Reframe, and Navigate Human Behavior.
Human behavior is rarely random. The way we communicate, react, withdraw, persuade, accommodate, or push back usually serves a purpose, even when the pattern is creating problems in our lives.
I work with people navigating complicated relationship dynamics, particularly when boundaries, persuasion, control, or manipulation have become part of the equation. Sometimes that means recognizing how someone else’s behavior is influencing you. Other times, it means taking an honest look at patterns in your own behavior and understanding what keeps them going.
You may have noticed that you’ve already considered change. Maybe you understand what you should do but find yourself responding the same way anyway. Maybe you keep giving in, questioning yourself, or getting pulled into interactions that leave you wondering what just happened.
Therapy with me is about looking beneath the behavior rather than reducing it to a label. We’ll examine what drives the pattern, what it accomplishes, and how you can respond more deliberately.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with 27 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I offer tele-health only sessions from the comfort of your home, making care accessible no matter where you are in California. I accept Anthem and Magellan insurance. My practice is intentionally small — I keep a limited caseload so every client receives my full attention and care. I am warm, experienced, and deeply committed to showing up for the people I work with.
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck or needing to focus? I enjoy partnering with my clients on their journeys to improved wellness. In our time together, we will celebrate your strengths and develop goals to maximize your wellness, together. While we can't change our past, we can work together to process our story’s strengths and struggles. We can talk through your current challenges and quiet the noise around you. We can explore the barriers that may get in the way of enjoying life to the fullest. We can identify ways to find joy again. I look forward to meeting with you to plan how to achieve your goals.

Together, we can explore what you’re going through, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward healing and meaningful change.
I earned my Master of Social Work from California State University, San Bernardino, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2025. As a wife, mother, and Christian, I value compassion, connection, and hope. When desired, I welcome the opportunity to incorporate a client’s faith and personal values into therapy while respecting each individual’s unique beliefs and experiences.
Taking the first step toward counseling takes courage. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
My work centers queer and transgender preteens, teens, and adults, as well as individuals with current or past foster care involvement.
