A Dedicated Practice for Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Challenges, and Therapy for Therapists
Whether you’re navigating anxiety and burnout, feeling stuck, hopeless, lost, disconnected, carrying the weight of stress and tough decisions, or feel like you don't recognize your self anymore, you don’t have to figure this out alone. I provide a compassionate, grounded space for you to slow down, regain clarity, and feel supported as you learn and discover tools and resources that help you heal and thrive
My approach integrates insight-oriented, trauma-focused care with practical, evidence-based tools. Together, we’ll explore and process difficult past experiences or ongoing challenges that are holding you back—combining deep self-reflection with actionable skills that support meaningful, lasting growth.
If you're looking for an empathic, reliable therapist, I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can explore current stressors, past experiences, relationship dynamics, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and safe enough to be authentic.
Great to meet you!
I am Pamela and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked with teens and adults for over 20 years. I have experience in working with clients with anxiety, depression, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have worked at schools for over 19 years with students aged 12 and older and very much enjoy working with school-aged students.
I’m currently accepting new clients! If anxiety, depression, loss, loneliness, or life changes have left you feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate them alone. Even if you’ve struggled for years, there may still be room for greater confidence, connection, and enjoyment in life. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than nine years of experience as an LCSW, and I especially enjoy helping adults and seniors find practical ways to improve their well-being.
My approach is warm, calm, down-to-earth, and open-minded. I listen first, respect what matters to you, and work with you to find solutions that fit your life. You can expect honest conversation, encouragement, and manageable steps toward meaningful change—with room for laughter and appropriate humor along the way. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start where you are today and work together toward where you’d like to be.
I believe meaningful change happens when we work together as equals. My path to becoming a therapist wasn't a straight line; transitioning from the corporate world to clinical care allows me to blend evidence-based theories with practical, real-world application.
