Growing up in California, Colorado and Tennessee concocted a Midwestern warmth with an open-mindedness and appreciation of our differences. These experiences gave me a curiosity for how humans develop in their environments and with their unique histories, leading me to pursue psychology.
I studied Political Science at Vanderbilt University before a seven year tenure in the corporate world. I am grateful for this experience as it has added depth and perspective to my work with clients. In 2014 I began my counseling psychology degree at The Wright Institute in Berkeley and then completed my training in San Francisco. My training journey encompassed internships at community mental health clinics, elementary and high schools, group therapy practices, and social service sites where I received intensive supervision in a variety of modalities. I regularly attend trainings and consult with colleagues to hone my craft and provide the best possible care.

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adult individuals. I work collaboratively to explore the underlying negative patterns that cause you to feel stuck. I've always been fascinated by the resilience of the human spirit. If you are working through what happened without judgment and identity what could help you keep going.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Skidmore College and my Master of Social Work from Columbia University, where I specialized in clinical practice with families. I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I value creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I understand that seeking therapy can feel intimidating, and I want my clients to know that I approach every session with warmth, empathy, and respect for each person’s unique experiences. My goal is to help clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions and build the skills and confidence to thrive in their daily lives.
