A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is person-centered and collaborative, with emphasis on compassion, respect and empowerment. Some of the therapeutic modalities I practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, and Strength-based therapy. I am also skilled and highly experienced in providing therapy in Chinese(both Mandarin and Cantonese).
