Great to meet you!

With over two decades of experience and specialized training, I have seen people have good results from therapy so they can enjoy life more. It is so important to me that you feel comfortable in your sessions and feel that progress is being made. I use researched based, results driven best practices in treatment, mostly cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology, depending on your specific needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer SPECIALIZED, INDIVIDUALIZED, AND EFFECTIVE TREATMENT for anxiety/depression and related issues. You will learn "anxiety/depression hacks" that can help you get immediate relief while working on long term change. You should leave your sessions feeling heard, supported, and closer to reaching your goals. You will be working with a skilled and open minded therapist, in relaxed and casual sessions. Bring your struggles and your strengths, all are welcome here!

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. At this time, we can chat a bit, I can tell you how I can help, and you can decide if I am a good fit for you, no obligations. After that we will develop a personalized treatment plan targeted to meet your specific needs. Then together we will get to work!
