Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Dr. G and I would love to help lift some of the weight you've been carrying. I enjoy working with relationships and interpersonal difficulties as well as anxiety, depression, infertility, and grief/loss.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work psychodynamically to address pervasive patterns learned in childhood and examine whether or not those patterns are still serving you. I believe that our attachment styles, which are formed at an early age, directly impact the way in which we understand ourselves, our partners, relationships, and the world. By integrating attachment theory into our work, I can help you to isolate the source of your struggles and regain control of your life.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to provide a warm and safe space dedicated to helping you explore deep-rooted wounds that may be affecting your present relationships. I believe that a strong, empathic, and open therapeutic relationship can lead to healthy and welcome life changes. Therapy is a collaborative approach - I would love to work with you towards a state of inner peace.
