I am a first-generation, Mexican- America who had the support of others in finding my path. My passion for therapy is being able to help others navigate life and meet their maximum potential.

I have experience in working with clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, empowerment, self-esteem issues, parenting, and trauma. Throughout my practice, I have helped others by learning new coping tools to help with life’s challenges. My skills in working with individuals include using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and narrative therapy to help others.

Not working through some of these struggles can cause a domino effect on your job performance, your physical well-being, and your relationships. I hope that together I can help you build from within to find your inner strength and growth.
