Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the State of Colorado. I have an Masters in Clinical Mental Health and I specialize in trauma and addiction.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice style is trauma informed and strength focused. I primarily use Internal Family Systems along with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to meet the needs of my clients and move them towards their definition of a hopeful meaningful life. During the first visit with my clients I focus on getting to know the client and doing what I can to earn their trust.
