I like to approach therapy with a strength based theory. I believe we all have strengths that we use however we often do not think about them. Using strength based theories allows you to focus on what can be done or changed. Incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy and Trauma focused techniques into sessions, depending on the need, can create movement towards healing and achieving the goals you are working towards.
