Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I am experienced in working with individuals seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, self-esteem issues, life transitions and relationship issues. I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient therapy, partial hospitalization, residential programs, intensive outpatient therapy, and K-12 schools.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through our work together, I will help you to uncover positive coping skills to manage life's challenges including boundary setting, healthy communication strategies, management of emotional distress and reducing unhelpful thinking patterns. As a trauma-informed therapist, I can also help you to safely understand trauma’s role in your emotions, behavior, and thinking patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is grounded in the belief that every individual has the potential to grow and change and is deserving of acceptance. I utilize an integrative approach that enables me to tailor interventions that will best meet your treatment needs. I employ techniques that draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
