I'm glad you stopped by to find out more about my offerings. I specialize in the treatment of women ages 25 & up dealing with challenges such as:
- life transitions
- people-pleasing tendencies
- procrastination
- avoidance
- perfectionism and/or not feeling like enough
- a harsh inner-critic
- relationship issues
- family related issues
I offer talk therapy, art therapy or a combination of both. I also offer immersive guided meditation to add into sessions to help you tune into your still small voice of inner wisdom.
A bit about my approach to therapy
We are each responsible for managing our own well-being, happiness, behaviors and emotions. I have the most success with clients who are open to increasing self-awareness in the way they show up in the world and in relationships.

What you can expect from our first session
I hold space for my clients and meet them where they are psychologically speaking. It's interesting to see what spending intentional time on mental wellness can do. Time to focus on what needs attention so we can make space for healing & self-nurturing in our busy lives. We need this type of self-care.
