I believe that change and growth are part of the process of living. Some of those changes are welcomed with happy times in life, and other phases of life are more difficult or traumatic. Each person deals, and copes with, the difficulties of life differently, and many times we have been taught ways of coping earlier in our lives that do not serve us well as adults. My desire is to provide a safe place to help clients discover how to adjust to changes in life, heal from present and past hurts and trauma, and achieve the changes they want to make in their lives. You are the expert on you, and I tailor my treatment accordingly, to help you figure out what works best for you in this process.
