Great to meet you!

I believe that when struggling with concerns and issues like lack of finances, anxiety, depression, traumatic events, and strained relationships, the individual needs to have a supportive ear and a nonjudgmental point of view to process and explain their feelings. Being heard is an essential key in the therapeutic process. The therapeutic process is about improving on your strengths and strengthening your weaknesses.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to the practice of psychotherapy integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and narrative-based approaches in the service of healing change. I have helped many clients work through difficult life transitions, relationship conflicts, and grief caused by various losses. In all my work, I bring a deep life experience infused with compassion, acceptance, intelligence, and gentle humor.
