Hello! My name is Toya Aubert, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is warm, transparent, and easy to talk to. I am licensed in the states of Washington and South Carolina. I earned a Master of Arts degree from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am retired from the United States Air Force after 22 years of service. Many have described me as a beam of light—a trusted source to usher healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to use several evidence-based modalities along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Socratic Questioning, and Motivational interviewing my belief is we will see a marked difference and more regulation.
