I am looking to engage with clients who are ready to make lasting change and a commitment to growth. As we build a therapeutic relationship, my goal is to support you through this process. My focus is on the areas of trauma, depression, grief/loss including reproductive grief and loss.

My therapeutic treatment approach is adapted to the needs of the client but includes tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems/Parts Work, Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping and Reproductive Psychology which includes an understanding of grief and loss as it related to women experiencing reproductive challenges.
