I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, offering individual therapy in the state of New York. I attended New York Institute of Technology where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health-Psychology, and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I am dedicated to helping others identify theirs strengths, self worth, and overcome various challenges as they navigate though life. I enjoy helping others and have over 20 years experience in the field of Behavioral Health.

I offer individual therapy using a variety of approaches to meet individual needs. Some of the therapeutic techniques incorporated during sessions may derive from strength based, person-centered and cognitive behavioral approaches to treatment.
