A bit about my approach to therapy

She loves working with diverse adult clients and welcomes anyone struggling with mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders. She uses an integrative therapeutic approach, such as multicultural, strengths-based, and positive psychology perspectives as well as systems, cognitive behavioral, and relational cultural therapies.

What you can expect from our first session

She is intentional about acknowledging, honoring, and accepting cultural factors, as they inform people’s life experiences. It is important to her to create a safe, empathic, non-judgmental, and authentic space, as it is necessary for healing to occur.
