Anxiety and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I am a native of Houston with 20 years of experience as an educator, educational diagnostician & school counselor.

I holds two masters degrees, each from Prairie View A&M and Lamar University. I specialize in marriage therapy, but also work with individuals from all walks of life experiencing anxiety and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As your therapist, I will guide you on a restorative path to wellness of mind and equip you with the tools to care for yourself. I believe the client is the expert and we will work together in the healing process.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where we work as a team. It is my goal that clients leave each session with an action plan or something practical to take away and use to actively improve their lives.
