Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking the courageous first step in beginning the journey of healing and self-exploration. Many times, we get stuck in patterns that cause distress, and seeking help is the best way to break through these habits and reach our full potential. In the current healthcare environment, finding a provider to prescribe medications for mental health concerns can be a difficult and frustrating process.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner working with adults suffering from addiction, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem, and life transitions, among other things. I take a holistic approach to treatment and will assist you in treatment based on your unique strengths, goals, and life challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

Are you ready to sit down and talk to someone who will listen and take action to help you meet your mental health recovery goals? Together, our work will aid in increasing self-awareness. It will also lead to more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others, personal growth, greater vitality, and progressive freedom. I look forward to working with you.
