¡Hola! I'm a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Psychologist in Florida and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional. I have a Doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Child Psychology. I have a special interest in maternal (and paternal) mental health (postpartum depression, anxiety, loss, fertility issues, etc).

There are times in life where one feels they're navigating through uncharted waters. Whether it's an unfamiliar situation or a lived experience, it can leave you feeling alone, lost, and helpless. The journey through the sea of life can feel so much more manageable with the right guidance... and a compass. That's how I picture the therapeutic process (therapy).
