Great to meet you!

My name is Terri and I have been providing counseling services for more than a decade. I provide therapy for individuals and families in the areas of life that hurt, hinder and halt living a life that we desire. Utilizing faith based, client-centered, Cognitive (CBT), Solution Focused therapy we work toward your goals together. If on life's highest mountain or in its lowest valley, where there is life; there is hope! Hope for better, stronger & healthier is what we offer at SoulWork Counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Changing the way we think will change the way we feel, act & the outcome of our life. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one way to do that. Identify the root of the problem/focus on the solution. Talk, discover & share what's on your mind, then couple it with therapies that heal the hurt. I am privileged to join you on this journey. Mood, loss, habits, goals, spirit, fear, trauma, clergy leadership & relationships are some of my areas of expertise, yet YOU are the expert of your life experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

Bring your whole self to the healing process and in time, take away a healed self.
