Great to meet you!

I am an experienced therapist with a passion for supporting individuals of all ages to better understand themselves and lead happier, healthier lives. I have extensive experience working with those in the perinatal period who are struggling with feelings of worry, anxiety and sadness. My approach is all about authenticity and empathy. I'm not here to judge or lecture; I'm here to listen and support.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Drawing from my background in psychonalysis, CBT, visualization, and play therapy, I believe in tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs. Together, we'll uncover the tools and approaches that resonate with you, empowering you to reach your full potential.I can work with individuals as well as caregivers and their young children together.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together you can expect to feel heard and connected. I won't tell you what to do, but rather, I'll walk alongside you as we explore the path to meeting your goals.

Together, we'll tackle boundaries, anxieties, negative self-perceptions and any other hurdles that may be holding you back, so you can embrace a sense of wholeness.

If you're ready to embark on a this journey, or just dip your toe in to see how it feels, let's connect.
