Hello! I strive to reduce the stigma of mental health and receiving therapy. I specialize in depression, suicidal ideation, self-esteem and relationships. Together we can work on negative thoughts that hold you back from being your authentic self. Our journey starts with a conversation.

I approach each client knowing they have what they need already. I am a guide on their journey, helping them realize potential, gifts and dreams that may be lying dormant.

My goal for each session is to empower and motivate. I create a safe and non-judegemental space for you to share your feelings and concerns. You can expect to be heard, shown empathy and compassion and also challenged.
