Approach:

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am highly skilled in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Mindfulness for individual psychotherapy. My client base include neurotypical as well and neurodivergent clients. For couples, I utilize a personalized approach, while utilizing principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients identify their negative patterns and establish a more honest and trusting bond.
