Greetings and thank you for stopping to review my profile.

I am a Psychotherapist (LISW-S ) and I have worked in my field for over 20 years. I love what I do!!

My goal is always to partner with you to support you in curating the life you desire and deserve to live. I think that life can be hard sometimes and having someone there to listen, intentionally, to meet you where you are on your journey can be transformative.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to always use a culturally humble, trauma informed, person-centered approach. I believe in the healing power of teamwork and it is important to me that we do so in a way that fits your individual needs in a safe and nonjudgmental space.

Areas of experience with patients: Depression, Life Transitions, Trauma, Anxiety, Stress Management/Reduction, Relationship Issues, Emotional Eating, Substance Abuse/Addiction, Boundary Setting and Learning to Love Yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to be heard, respected, given tools to succeed in managing their symptoms as they are supported along their path to creating their best life!

*Note: If you are interested in working with me but do not see a time that works for you, please feel free to call me directly to book.
