Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. Prior to my mental health experience I taught first grade that allowed me to assist with family dynamics. I later worked at a local hospital assisting multiple clinics along with working in the acute behavioral health department. This variety allowed me to grow as a therapist while working with all ages of life. Further, I am mother of two adult children and a wife to a very busy husband.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is that I provide support and intentional feedback to help clients effectively address personal life changes using a variety of modalities to include individuals, family and couples. I meet clients where they are at utilizing a strength base approach with compassion and understanding.

What you can expect from our first session

I pride myself on being able to connect with clients and work together to bring about change in their lives. My approach not only allows clients to feel safe and be heard, it allows clients the opportunity to be themselves and speak freely without judgment to cultivate positive change.
