Hi, I'm Tajha a license therapist with over seven years of experience working with individuals with numerous concerns.

I specialize in empowering women who are experiencing numerous concerns including substance abuse/dependency, grief and loss, women's issues, anger management, and self-esteem issues just to name a few.

My approach to therapy is empathic, compassionate, creative, non-judgmental, and client centered, yet direct and straightforward. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches that will be tailored to address each individual and situation, including solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic.

Each session will be client centered. We will collaboratively in each session work on goals that are tailored to your needs.
