Great to meet you!

I have a professional history of assisting clients who are in recovery from incarceration, substance use, complex trauma (including socioeconomic and spiritual oppression), cis- and hetero-normativity, and causing harm. My cultural competence extends from alternative (BDSM, polyamory, occultist, etc.) to traditional (family-oriented, religious, etc.) lifestyles.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It is my responsibility to utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, provide you with psychoeducation regarding mental health, validate and affirm you, help you find your power, and consistently address the tasks and goals we create together for your treatment plan.

What you can expect from our first session

We will devise a plan to improve your quality of life, relationships, self-soothing, and accountability. The goal is for the work we do together to be effective. I believe therapeutic work is about developing understanding and new skill sets so that you reach a day in which you are using your individualized blueprint for living.
