If you are an adult or teen struggling with issues such as social anxiety, OCD, or trauma, I'm here to offer you hope and help. I have worked as a counselor for over 18 years, and love helping others find solutions to personal and relationship issues. I have both a big heart and extensive training. My goal is to provide a friendly and collaborative environment to help you to overcome the obstacles preventing you from moving forward in life.

I take a results orientated solution based approach to therapy. I will first get to know you and understand your goals. We will then work collaboratively using a TEAM CBT approach. I use tools and techniques from CBT, ICBT, ERP or CPT depending on your issue. I blend in other therapeutic modalities in order to provide a customized experience. Light homework is assigned between sessions to help you mobilize your own self healing.

You will feel happier with increased confidence as a result of implementing effective strategies for dealing with problems. You will have tools to know how to manage your emotions and communicate more effectively.
