Specializes in

Anger Management and Stress

Great to meet you!

I help individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, stress, and executive function difficulties and assist them in developing effective coping skills. I earned my Masters in clinical-counseling from LaSalle University, my EdS in school psychology from Rowan University, and my PsyD from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I am also an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. I have over sixteen years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to help clients develop coping skills to deal with the many stressors that life presents. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a critical component of the therapeutic process and provide an empathic and supportive environment, meeting each individual where he or she is.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that therapy can be a valuable vehicle for positive change in a client's life. My goal is to help client's work through difficult issues and learn coping strategies that they can implement on their own.
