Great to meet you!

I'm Stephen, and I want to help you lead a highly motivated life! I believe that everyone should receive the care they need and should be given the respect and dignity they deserve as human beings. Therapy should be a collaborative process, not a one-sided conversation. I believe that cannabis can enhance the lives of some people and even improve their outcomes in therapy. I can also help you overcome problems with your substance use if that relationship isn't working for you any longer.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work in a few different ways. I am trained in motivational interviewing, which will help drive our discussions and draw out your best self. I utilize a mix of techniques, with a focus on dialectical behavior therapy skills training, and I also help clients reach their potential through transpersonal cannabis-assisted therapy. Please inquire to learn more.

What you can expect from our first session

My role is to create a warm and safe environment so you can open up about what's going on within you. From there, we'll discuss a variety of strategies, techniques, and approaches, and even give you some homework to accomplish between sessions. The aim will always be to move you forward so you can become your best self over time!
