Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance use, and those who feel chronically misunderstood. Clients mention that they find me easy to talk to, compassionate, and open-minded. If you would like a non-judgmental therapist who listens, meets you where you are, and offers a collaborative approach to treatment, please contact me. I am committed to helping you to heal and build the life you want.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer an evidence-based model of care that is trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centered. My theoretical orientation is eclectic. Therapeutic interventions are customized to the individual and may include Cognitive-Behavioral, Interpersonal Social Rhythm, Existential, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and others.

What you can expect from our first session

With your first session I'd like for us to begin to explore the symptoms and situations that brought you to therapy. Together we collaborate on a treatment plan that will begin to help you to overcome the obstacles in your life and resolve your symptoms. Therapy will involve your participation and some hard work at times. As the sessions progress, most clients see continued, sustained improvement.
