Great to meet you!

I am a New York State Licensed and nationally Board Certified Art Therapist, who offers compassionate and constructive art psychotherapy in private practice at In|vision: Art Therapy Spaces for Healing. I founded my private practice after 10 years of working with thousands of patients in hospital psychiatric and medical settings. I look forward to sharing my expertise, deep listening, and creative imagination with you as you discover what is next for you in your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to infuse each client interaction with hope, gentleness, and openness to what has transpired in your life before, and to what will unfold and be created together in the present moment within a session, and going forward. Art and talk therapy are both used to discover meaningful take-aways of experiences and stories clients carry with them and share.

Change and growth stemming from loss is a primary focus--including from stressors, relationship issues, illness, and disability.

What you can expect from our first session

Our therapy together will focus on your natural strength, and capacity for insight, growth, and joy. While any therapy sometimes feels difficult as past and current conflicts are explored or made sense of in new ways, our goals in working together will be to find the calm and wisdom created from each and any situation. Our aim in working together will include renewed motivation, acceptance, choice and confidence: in yourself, what you seek, and what you'd like to achieve next.
