I found counseling when I realized I was my most happiest when I was connecting on a deep level with people and witnessing their unique journeys. I believe our path to healing comes from embracing all the parts of ourselves that scare us and breaking down our own barriers to engaging with the world. I have a MA in Counseling from Regis University. My experience includes but is not limited to people with disabilities, young people in the justice system, LGBTQIA+ youth, and indigenous communities.

My specialties include identity (including sexual and gender identity), ADHD and neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, cultural issues, attachment and healthy relationships. I am LGBQ+, Transgender and Non-Binary affirming.

I integrate different types of therapies depending on what resonates best with you, including feminist and somatic techiques. I also use DBT skill building, ACT techniques and client centered approaches.

We work collaboratively to set your goals for therapy. I provide a welcoming and casual environment to explore different aspects of what is going on for you.
