Anxiety, Depression, Maternal Mental Health, and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

I help young adults navigate their depression and anxiety during pregnancy planning, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting years using a holistic approach. With additional training in reproductive psychiatry I can help with mental health during IVF, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum and around peri menopause. We will work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that addresses your unique concerns and priorities. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I do not prescribe benzodiazepines for long term use.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach exploring how past experiences, nutrition, stress, sleep and activity are contributing to what brings you to treatment. Therapy and lifestyle modification can lead to lasting improvement but sometimes treatment involves discussions about the place of medications. I will collaborate with you to find the approach that best fits your values and preferences.

What you can expect from our first session

During our first sessions, we will discuss your current challenges and what you hope to gain from treatment. I will help you identify areas in your life that are not serving you and will help you understand your treatment options with a goal of a happier and more fulfilling life.
