I am passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves. I bring my past experiences with me in my practice, those experiences include working with adolescents, teens, young adults, LGBTQ+, Veterans, and incarcerated individuals. I am specialized in a variety of areas including (but not limited to): women's issues, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and low-self-esteem.
