Great to meet you!

I’m a military spouse of 26 years and counting with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Traveling the country and meeting people from all walks of life helped solidify my passion and desire to help others achieve their personal self-care goals and become the best versions of themselves. Caring for others is my small way of helping to make a difference in the lives of others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in treating the whole person, the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects. When we are centered and have balance in those areas, it is my belief that we thrive and feel more confident that we can face the daily challenges of life.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to walk away from our first session with a better understanding of talk therapy, reasonable and achievable goals to set in therapy, a better understanding of therapy myths versus facts, and expected outcome by the end of the therapeutic relationship with consistency and hard work.
