Great to meet you!

Hi I'm a LCSW and the owner of TEA Time Therapeutic Services . I have been in the Behavioral Health field since 2016. I have worked with individuals and families of all types who are experiencing various challenges in their lives.

You will meet a warm bubbly, caring, attentive therapist during our time together. My clients have described me as down-to-earth, funny, honest, caring, and engaging. You will get a sense of my personality, values, and dedication.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in my belief that people are inherently resilient, courageous, and highly adaptive. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow. The relationship between therapist and client is the foundation of effective therapy. So, with each session, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space that encourages people to explore their T.E.A - Thoughts, Emotions, and actions without feeling judged.

What you can expect from our first session

With me you will get clinical, compassionate, comforting, collaborative, committed, and confidential care. I use an integration of my professional experience, clinical work, education, and training. My own life experiences and challenges, personal growth, and intuition profoundly influence how I assist and care for my clients. I help my clients in a supportive and safe environment by identifying their concerns, beliefs, and hopes while setting practical and manageable goals.
