Great to meet you!

I am committed to providing effective therapy so that you can make better decisions, improve relationships, and experience joy and wellness in every aspect of your life. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment that serves as a foundation for inner healing. The active listening, empathy and feedback that are part of the therapy process will help you navigate the transitions of life and set you on a path to optimal wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) along with acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in my practice. I also use brief solution-focused therapy. I give homework each session we meet to reinforce what was talked about in session and to promote and encourage self-reflection.

What you can expect from our first session

If you are bogged down with stress and going through significant life changes, I can help you with coping. If you worry too much and feel stuck in your anxiety, there is hope and I can help you with managing it. I can help you get to a place where you have the energy and clarity to accomplish your goals and dreams. **I am currently accepting new clients and I have weeknight evening and Saturday morning availability. **
