I’m Shannah and I have been doing therapy for five years and have been in private practice for four. I have a Masters in Counseling from Western Kentucky University. I enjoy talking things out with people and think we all benefit from counseling in different seasons of our lives. In session I often use CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

I am laid-back, client-focused, and motivated to help you address your specific goals.
Some things I specialize in are stress management, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, military life, and many other stressors that come with being human!
