I utilize an integrative approach and specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship/family challenges, and new life transitions. I am passionate about working with young adults that are struggling navigate and adjust to all the nuances of adulthood. Life can sometimes feel like a never ending rollercoaster; with highs, lows, and twists and turns. No matter where you are in your journey, taking that courageous step towards healing can be both rewarding and difficult. But you are not alone. My goal is to help you navigate life in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Whether wanting to work through past childhood experiences, navigating new life transitions, or just needing a listening ear, I am here to help you work through it.
