As a licensed mental health counselor I find fulfillment in being able to provide a safe environment for others by maintaining an encouraging tone. I enjoy providing the space for others to explore how their life experiences have shaped them into the person they are in the present moment. I particularly enjoy supporting others through all ages of life to cope with anxiety, personal development, depression, and strained family dynamics. I look forward to working with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Some of the interventions that I utilize include; CBT, Personal Centered, Motivational Interviewing techniques, DBT techniques, Mindfulness, Gottman Method, and many more depending on your needs individually, as a couple, or as a family. Overall, my therapeutic style focuses on improving self-esteem and confidence and accomplishing your therapeutic goals. My ultimate goal is to create the space for you to reach your full potential!
