Great to meet you!

Welcome, my name is Sarah Rubinson and I am a counselor in Texas and Washington State. My passion is working with children, families, parents, and young adults. I enjoy helping people realize their potential and overcome obstacles. I have experience from a variety of backgrounds including a children's hospital, pediatric oncology, a domestic violence shelter, foster care/adoption, and school settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an individualized approach that centers on goals we create together. I am trained in a variety of approaches and tailor our time together to your needs. I use a strengths-based approach, which means that I work to highlight and enhance the things that make you uniquely you. Relationships, self-reflection, and balance in life are key components to well-being that I help reinforce and nurture.

What you can expect from our first session

Many of my clients say that they feel heard and leave our time together with a new outlook or perspective on a situation. I am here to listen, help guide you towards solutions, teach skills on how to manage life difficulties, and support you in your work towards the life that you desire. Call or text me today at 817-989-9945 to discuss counseling options for you or your child!
