Great to meet you!

Hello! I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults using a variety of therapy techniques in individual and group therapy sessions. I work with a variety of treatment modules including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, existential therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. I have worked extensively in crisis experience and with clients in crisis partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive out-patient (IOP), and in school settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in each individual can work together with me on becoming the best versions of themselves. I am committed to creating an environment that supports inclusivity and respect all people regardless of race, color, culture, religion, spiritual practice, sex, age, socioeconomic status, perceived or actual sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, relationship status or configuration, national origin or physical and mental abilities.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will walk away from any of my sessions feeling validated, heard, and understood. We will walk through the journey of therapy together and develop skills to best support your life. We will work together to create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and specific needs.
