Great to meet you!

During my time in practice I have worked with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing issues with perinatal/postpartum mood, relationships, life changes, grief & loss, depression, and anxiety. I am a trauma informed provider, certified perinatal mental health provider, and a Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator. I completed my education at Arizona State University, and have worked in the non profit sector, in non profit program management, and private practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our work together we will take a collaborative and solution focused approach in order to help you feel more confident, prepared, and empowered. Together we will utilize evidence based therapeutic approaches to give you the tools to help achieve proven, effective, and long lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

Are you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted? Do you seem directionless or like you are just going through the motions? What if you could come to a place of authenticity and clarity? A place where you could feel supported, understood, and in control? Even the strongest individuals can feel stuck navigating the expectations and demands of life. My hope for you is that you'll leave our sessions feeling revitalized and knowing that you are taking steps towards reaching your new and improved life.
