I have a Masters in Pastoral Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Bridges to the World is the company I own to help people by making connection in different areas including education and volunteer work. I speak Portuguese and have a large experience with immigration issues.

With more than 12years of experience I have dedicated myself to help this community through counseling to nurture their emotions, recover their dignity, self-reliance and promote the community growth by empowering their hope, faith to pursue their goals and dreams. My practice is person-centered and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. I use a holistic and interactive multicultural approach that focuses on the needs of everyone.

At my practice we work toward empowering healing, changing negative behaviors, and thoughts. I believe that an integrative psychotherapy approach is necessary including a broad array of modalities: solution-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
