Great to meet you!

I am a big believer in celebrating neurodiversity, and I have spent my 5+ years of counseling experience working to promote appreciation for neurodiverse people while advocating for accessibility and accommodations in the environment. I completed my undergraduate studies at Sonoma State University in California and my graduate program at Argosy in Florida, which helped me gain different cultural perspectives that have aided in providing individualized treatment for each client.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in looking at the whole context of a client and tailoring treatment to the individual needs. You deserve warmth, acceptance, and respect for who you are, with appreciation for your culture, race, ability/disability, LGBTQIA+ identity, and gender. I look at the systems you live within and aim to empower you to live a better quality life.

What you can expect from our first session

Our meetings are meant to be a safe, non-judgmental space for you to grow and feel understood in. A time set aside where the focus is on taking care of you and working on improving the quality of your life. You deserve to feel valued in our time together.
