Great to meet you!

My name is Samantha Moore and “Chill” is my middle name. Actually, it isn’t, my real middle name is Tyler, but what I mean is that I pride myself on providing a relaxed, safe environment in each counseling session, so people can be themselves. Being yourself and opening up with your therapist will help ensure you get closer to your life’s goals!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience with both community-based care and outpatient therapy. I have worked with a variety of people with many different diagnoses and situations. I have counseled people experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, personality disorders, and self-esteem issues. It is my goal to help people face each challenge with support and compassion. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman methods for relationship care, repair, and maintenance.

What you can expect from our first session

I am very passionate about helping others! I even play a Cleric (a healer) in Dungeons and Dragons. I am currently looking to work with teens, adults, and couples. I feel it is a privilege to work with people on their journey of building a meaningful life. I hope to help you understand yourself better and that you feel “seen”, as a result of working with me.
