Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with over 20 years of clinical experience. I graduated with a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova University in December of 2002 and got my license in 2005. I have worked with all ages, but my focus now is on teenagers through older adults. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transition, women's issues, as well as parenting and self-esteem issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very client centered and multidisciplinary; my modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy and stress management/mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to create an environment in which clients feel free to express themselves and receive non-judgmental feedback and guidance. My goal is to empower clients to make the changes they need to make to be their best selves and achieve their own goals.
